Entitlement console: tasks with tested values
The hands-on companion to the Entitlement console guide.
Results were produced on 4 October 2026 by a principal holding
entitlement: maintain, starting from an empty account.
Before you start

1. Create a subscriber
Subscribers → New subscriber, name Docs guide subscriber.
Expected result. A 32-hex subscriber id, listed with you as owner.
2. Add a line
Lines → Add line: IMSI 001019990058769, the subscriber above, no ICCID or
MSISDN.
Expected result. The line exists at document version 1.
3. Entitle a service
Entitlements, IMSI 001019990058769, Look up. A new line has no rows set.
On VoWiFi (ap2004) choose Change to → Enabled.
Expected result. Document version 2; VoWiFi status 1 — Enabled (allowed,
provisioned and active).

Audit then lists, newest first: entitlements.set ap2004 -> version 2,
lines.create, subscribers.create.
4. Services for one line

Needs activation on Wi-Fi calling resets it: status 0, terms, address and
provisioning all 0. RCS → grant answers enabled: true.
5. Set what the line’s next move asks for
Transfers → Line 001019990058769: tick terms and a code, terms text
Moving this plan ends service on your old phone.
Expected result. The policy reads back with requireTerms and requireOtp on
and the text as entered. The transfer list for a new account is empty.
6. Check the server
Configuration → Check now calls every dependency. In this run all eleven answered: AAA, Database, Discovery server, HSS, Operator provisioning, RCS configuration server, SM-DP+, SM-DP+ inventory, SMS service, Web sheet, eSIM emulator.

7. Delete
